I have uploaded Type to Click 0.5 which now provides 1 key and 2 key overlays in addition to the original 3 key overlay. The click now happens on the first character of the sequence to reduce confusion between modes. Another new feature is that the spacing of the characters ...

Just a small change - pressing the escape key now hides the grid. Also entering a shortcut when the grid is open no longer hides it, as this could cause an issue when a long keypress could result in accidentally showing and then hiding the grid immediately afterwards. The download ...
