Cursory 0.51 uploaded

Cursory is a new program which enables the mouse cursor to be controlled with the cursor keys.  It also includes functionality similar to Type to Click (teleporting the pointer around the screen) so Type to Click will no longer be maintained.  I’ve used the excellent Inno Setup to make a simple installer this time, when I get around to it I will also use it to wrap other the other programs on this site.
